Our Story

Studio Månda is a foreigner friendly studio located in Seoul, offering premium lash & brow treatments for all ethnicities and eye shapes.

In 2012, Joanna started working as a freelance makeup artist in Sweden and got certified as a hairstylist and lash artist in Spain, 2018. Since then, she has been specializing in lashes and brows, launched Studio Månda in 2023 in Mapo-gu, Seoul and is developing her own line of products.

  • What is a lashlift?

    Lash lift is a semi permanent procedure that lifts your lashes, making them appear longer and darker. Doing a lash lift once every two months will save your lashes from being damaged by using a lash curler yourself everyday. A lashlift typically last 6-9 weeks.

  • How do I keep my lashes healthy?

    Keeping a good aftercare is really important, specially if you’re planning to get a lash lift regularly. Make sure to keep them away from water, steam and makeup the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. After that, It’s recommended to use a lash conditioner or serum to keep them healthy and moisturized until your next session. Avoid waterproof mascara after a lash lift!

  • Can I cancel my appointment?

    Yes, appointments can be changed or canceled up until 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be subjected to a fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • Can I wear makeup or contacts?

    On your appointment day, avoid wearing any makeup on the treatment area, as it may alter the results. Wearing contact lenses during the treatment is not recommended, so bring your own contact case for removal. You can wear it back as soon as you are done.

  • I’ll be late to my appointment…

    If you are late to an appointment it will still finish at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client, but you will be charged full price. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, it will be considered a ‘no show’, and your appointment will be cancelled and subjected to a fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    After your treatment you can choose to pay by online bank transfer, cash or card (Huyundai, Samsung and American Express cards are not accepted). If choosing to pay by card, an additional 10% processing fee will be added to the full price.
